How to use

1. Activate the lymphatic points

Using your fingers, perform three gentle pumping movements at each of these locations:

• Above the collarbone.
• Under the chin.
• At the jaw joint, below the ear.
• Beside the nostrils.

Then apply an elixir and massage oil.

2. Guide the lymphatic flow

With the thicker petal pointing downward, position the rose centrally beneath your chin. Glide it along the jawline toward the jaw joint.

Slightly rotate the rose, then use a gentle half-turn motion to sweep downward toward the collarbone.

3. Relax and release

Turn the rose over so the petals lie flat against your skin. Massage using gentle circular movements over the:

• Forehead.
• Temples.
• Jaw.
• Back of the neck.
