Born in the El Bolsón valley in Patagonia, crossed by the Azul and Quemquemtreu rivers at the foot of the Piltriquitrón hill.

    Patagonian juniper

    Macerated with 13 botanicals, and juniper is the star: our own grown Patagonian juniper berries.

    A honey base

    Every batch starts from a base of fermented honey alcohol.

  3. 03

    Distilled six times

    Six times through a stainless steel alembic and copper columns.

  4. 04

    Six months in American oak

    Then it rests, aged six months in American oak.

    Patagonian glacier water

    Finally blended with Patagonian glacier water.
