We accept every IATA class except class 7 (radioactive), subject to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. All DG staff are IATA DGR trained and regularly recertified, and every shipment is checked for MSDS accuracy, labels, UN numbers and packaging.

Which temperatures can you hold for pharma?
Chilled 2 to 8°C, cool 15 to 25°C or frozen.
Do you carry lithium batteries?
Lithium batteries are class 9 dangerous goods. We carry every class except class 7 under IATA rules with a Dangerous Goods Declaration; ask the cargo desk about your exact shipment.
Do you fly live animals?
Yes, under IATA LAR with trained handlers and vet checks.
