Most projects get a real, written estimate within 24 hours of the site visit. Larger custom builds and commercial scopes can take 48 to 72 hours so we can price the work properly. The site visit itself is free.

Yes. VANA Builders Inc is fully licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), bonded, and carries general liability and workers compensation insurance. We can send you proof of all three before we start.

Permits, inspections, plan check submittals, all of it is on us. We pull the permits in your name where required and walk every inspection with the city. You don't deal with the building department, we do.

The full San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, and Greater Los Angeles. That includes Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Northridge, Pacoima, San Fernando, Reseda, North Hollywood, Studio City, and the surrounding areas.

We work with several financing partners for qualifying remodels and ADU builds, including HELOC, construction loan, and unsecured project financing. We can walk you through options at the site visit.

Kitchen remodels typically run 6 to 10 weeks once permits are approved. Bathroom remodels run 3 to 5 weeks. ADUs run 4 to 6 months from groundbreak to final inspection. Custom homes vary by scope and lot, usually 12 to 20 months.

Every project comes with a written one year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply on top of that. If something we built fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it.
