Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre opened in September 2021 in a 250 meter tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Dubai International Financial Centre and a few steps from the metro. It offers 360 studios and one, two and three bedroom suites, each with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, and many with balconies.

Guests have complimentary breakfast, a 24 hour pantry, a 25 meter pool, a gym, a spa and meeting rooms. The hotel is part of SRG Holding’s partnership with IHG and is operated by SRG Hospitality.

Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City opened on 1 August 2021 in AlSalam Tower, a 47 storey, 195 meter mixed use tower in Dubai Media City on Sheikh Zayed Road. It was SRG’s first Staybridge Suites.

The hotel has 225 studios and one and two bedroom suites with full kitchens, many with balconies, plus a 25 meter infinity pool and a spa with steam and sauna. It is operated by SRG Hospitality under IHG’s Staybridge Suites brand.

IHG and SRG Holding signed franchise agreements to convert two SRG owned developments to Staybridge Suites, IHG’s extended stay brand. Both hotels are operated by SRG Hospitality, the group’s hotel management arm.

Fahad AlRafi, CEO of SRG Holding, said: “Our guests will be part of our extended family.” Both hotels opened in 2021: Dubai Internet City in August and Dubai Financial Centre in September.
