When you submit the free mockup form on landonscales.com, or any contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your business name
• Your business website (if provided)
• Your mobile phone number
• Your email address (if provided)
• Your IP address and browser type at the moment of submission, for fraud prevention

We may also collect publicly available business information about your company (such as listings on Google Maps, your public website, or social media) for the purpose of preparing your mockup or proposal.

• To create and deliver your requested website mockup
• To send you SMS messages about your mockup, related design services, and follow ups, only if you have opted in via a form on landonscales.com
• To respond to questions or service requests
• To improve our services
• To prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, name, or business information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use the following service providers to operate our business; they process data only as necessary to provide their services to us:

• Quo (formerly OpenPhone) for sending and receiving SMS and calls
• Google Workspace (Gmail) for email
• Vercel for hosting landonscales.com
• GitHub Pages for hosting custom mockup previews
• Stripe and Cal.com for booking and payments

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us (via the checkbox on our free mockup request form), we will text you about your mockup, follow ups, and related design offers. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages, or by emailing us.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt in data with any third party, partner, or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only external party that receives your phone number is our SMS service provider, Quo (formerly OpenPhone), and only for the purpose of delivering the messages you opted in to receive. No mobile information, opt in records, or consent details will be sold or transferred for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.

This website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not use these tools to identify individual visitors. You can block analytics in your browser settings.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

• Email landon@landonscales.com to request deletion of any information we hold about you
• Request a copy of any data we have about you

We respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
