SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent and received between you and Landon Scales using the phone number (805) 409-8563.

Program description

Landon Scales runs a marketing and design service for small businesses. If you submit the free mockup form at landonscales.com/free-mockup and provide your phone number, you may receive SMS messages from us including:

  • A link to your custom 3 direction website mockup
  • One or two follow up messages asking for your feedback or scheduling a call
  • Occasional related design or marketing offers
  • Replies to questions you send us

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. A typical opt in receives 1 to 5 messages per request. We do not send recurring broadcast messages.

Cost

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Landon Scales does not charge you for receiving SMS messages.

Opt out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending you marketing messages.

If you change your mind, you can text START or UNSTOP to resubscribe.

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any of our messages and you will receive a message with our contact information and a reminder of how to opt out.

Supported carriers

This program is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, and Visible. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will never share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information and opt in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may update these terms occasionally. The updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of our SMS service after updates indicates your acceptance.
